World Championships - Vervecken and Vos

Erwin Vervecken and Marianne Vos have captured the 2006 Elite Cyclocross World Championships in Zeddam, Netherlands. Jonathan Page was the top US Elite Men rider in an incredible 10th place (which is, I believe, the best finish for an US rider in the Elite Men). Ann Knapp hung tough in the Women's race for 9th place. The top US placing in the weekend's events had to be an outstanding 7th place for Bjorn Selander in the Juniors race.
