NCNCA Cup Underway, BASP Series Kicks Off this Weekend
The NCNCA Cup started off with a bang this weekend with a tough course put together by the CCCX folks at Laguna Seca Raceway. Ben Jacques-Maynes (Bissell) and Stella Carey (HRS/Rock Lobster) took top honors in the Elite categories. See Dusty Downs' full report in the Race Reports section.

The CCCX crew did a great job this weekend as always. Thank you to everyone for all your efforts. I felt good and did good at the first cup race. Gary and I took some great pix from the race. You can see them at livermorebmx.com website in the cyclocross section under photos.

The kids had a great time @ LARPD cyclocross #4. The soft dirt and sand really gave them a work-out, along with a good chance to pick-up some skill riding in the loose stuff. They were also very happy to not only get medallions, but they each got a gift a bag filled with goodies. Smiles all around.
Thanks Shane and Karen for all that you do to provide fun racing for everyone, especially the kids. They are the future.
